What inspired our new look?

In late 2022, Whereabout Supply made the bold move to change our name and branding. It was a big decision and to be honest, we couldn’t be happier with our fresh new look. WS Whereabout Supply is a forward-thinking company, and we want our brand to reflect that.

Our Story
Whereabout Supply has supported Queensland businesses for over 25 years with timely delivered workplace cleaning, hygiene, and safety products. As a member of the RapidClean Group, we have built a reputation for being a valued partner to our customers for essential workplace needs.
In 2008, Adam Cameron purchased the business from Whereabout Supply founders Michael & Kim Shields, promising to carry on the excellent service and quality they had built for their much-loved customers.
Today at WS Whereabout Supply, we still love providing our customers with essential workplace supplies. From cleaning products and toilet rolls, to sanitiser and safety vests, we are most passionate about the relationships we have built and our continued support for the health and well-being of your team.
In early 2022, Adam sought assistance through a professional marketing research company, to conduct customer research to check how the business was performing in the eyes of those who supported it. We were most grateful for the time our customers took to share their insights and feedback. Their participation was truly appreciated and gave WS Whereabout Supply the answers we were seeking. Before the research, we felt our logo looked a little dated, and our customers agreed with us too, which helped us move forward to make the change.
We are excited to have a new look for our business. It reflects more accurately who we are and has positively impacted the team with an increased sense of pride and confidence that their efforts have helped to contribute to the ongoing success of the business.
We are so happy to continue to receive positive comments from our customers and suppliers. We hope you like our new look as much as we do. It makes us feel like we want to dive into the ocean!

What has changed?
Our logo has a fresh new look. We are moving to an abbreviated WS from Whereabout Supply to keep the old and trusted brand close to us. We have moved to a clean, fresh colour palette to reflect the nature of the cleaning and hygiene business we work in.

We are still the same company, with the same owner and the same fantastic team. We are still supplying the same quality products with our exceptional service that we have become known for. Our specialised product knowledge and intimate understanding of your specific industry needs remain unchanged. We are committed to being an efficient and reliable provider of all your cleaning and hygiene needs for the workplace.
Our team continues to search for new products to help meet your workplace needs and are actively striving to provide more environmentally friendly ‘green’ products to our customers. We understand the importance of keeping your spaces clean and tidy, but also the impact that some products can have on the environment. Therefore, we are making it a priority to provide green alternatives where possible, alongside our established product offering.
